Letters from Saya respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a handwritten letter, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it safe.
What we collect
When you place a request, we collect your name, email address, postal address, country, and the Arabic text you would like Saya to reply to. We also keep a record of your request number and payment status so we can track and fulfil your order.
How we use your information
Your postal address is used only to mail your handwritten letter or postcard. Your email address is used to send order confirmation, updates about your request, and replies to any support queries. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Payment processing
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe processes your payment in line with their own privacy and security practices.
Data storage and security
Your information is stored in a secure database with access limited to authorised administrators who need it to write and mail your letter. Letter photos are stored in a private bucket and are only visible to admins.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete your personal information by contacting us. Please include your request number so we can identify your letter. Note that once a letter has been mailed, your postal address is no longer retained in our systems unless needed for records.
